Everything you've learned. All at once.
A full Mixed Martial Arts session built around movement, technique, and intensity. No distractions. Just the pace, the contact, and the work.
MMA grew from the Brazilian Vale Tudo tradition — open-style matches that asked the only real question in combat: what works. When the Gracie family staged the first UFC in 1993, the answer reshaped the sport in a single night.
Modern MMA is not a style — it's a problem set. A striker on the floor needs a grappler's answer; a grappler in space needs a striker's. Every other discipline at Full Contact feeds this one, and the cage is where their lessons get tested.
MMA is not a style. It is every style, tested under one ruleset.
Sessions rotate between stand-up, takedowns and ground work so no phase of the fight becomes a blind spot. The real curriculum is the transitions — the seconds between standing and grounded, where cage fights are actually decided.
MMA is the only combat sport that refuses to specialise. Strikers have to learn to stand up off their back; grapplers have to learn to survive in open space. Whatever survives contact with every other style is what you keep.
Absorb what is useful, discard what is useless, and add what is uniquely your own.
No commitment, no gear — we'll loan what you need.
