No generalists.
No shortcuts.

Every coach here has a competition record. We call it the bar.

Specialists, not generalists.
A boxing coach who has never been hit by a roundhouse should not be teaching kickboxing. We don't mix lanes.

Active competitors first.
If a coach hasn't fought in five years, they still spar weekly. We teach what we can still do — not what we used to.

Coaching is taught, too.
Being a great fighter ≠ being a great coach. Internal teach-back sessions every month. New coaches mentor for a year before solo.

Lineage matters.
Carlson Gracie. Kronk. JKA. Bangkok stadium. We hire from real lineages and we say which one out loud.
